My passion for fitness and performance has been the driving force behind everything I do. As an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Fascial Stretch Therapist (Stretch to Win), I focus on optimizing strength, mobility, and recovery for my clients. I’m also certified in Precision Nutrition, helping people fuel their goals with practical, no-nonsense advice. My leadership and communication skills have been sharpened through the Dale Carnegie Program, and I maintain my CPR/AED Level C certification through St. John’s Ambulance, ensuring safety is always a top priority.
I’ve also had the privilege of training at an elite level as part of the Canadian Bobsleigh Team (2010-2011). While my time didn’t coincide with Olympic years, the experience of pushing limits alongside some of the world’s best athletes shaped my approach to hard work and discipline. (I’ve got some great stories and photos to share from that time!)
With a no-excuses mindset and a commitment to results, I work with my clients to push past their limits, master their performance, and build lasting strength—both physically and mentally.
